TEAM BUILDING

  • Team assessments
  • Group discussions

Teambuilding activities are stimulating problem-solving tasks designed to help group members develop their capacity to work effectively together. Teambuilding activities are often used in

Teams are organic, they grow and change - but you can study how teams work and this gives you a greater ability in helping a team learn how to work effectively and smart.

Teambuilding is not easy, but there are a lot of techniques, principles and methods that can be applied and which can really make a difference e.g,

  • Stages of group development
  • Group dynamics
  • Psychological profiling
  • Teambuilding activities
